DENVER (CBS4) – A man ran to a gas station for help after being shot in a nearby home.

Denver police told CBS4 the shooting actually happened at a home near 50th and Steele, but the man shot ended up asking for help at the nearby Pilot gas station before going to the hospital.

He is expected to be okay and police believe the shooting involved a group of people who knew each other.
