DENVER (Denver Business Journal) – The Colorado Division of Banking has approved requests by four Colorado banks to establish new branches, including Fort Collins-based Bank of Colorado, which plans to open a branch at 1801 Broadway in downtown Denver.

The other three requests approved were for Lakewood-based FirstBank to open a branch in Glenwood Springs, Fort Morgan-based FMS Bank to open a branch in Greeley, and Loveland-based Home State Bank to open a branch in Lafayette, according to the division’s September report of financial institution activity.
