FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) – A young woman accused of killing her fiance in Fort Collins was in court for the first time Tuesday afternoon.

Police say late Friday night Nicole Ryan, 23, slit the throat of Raymond Wimmer, 30.

The judge set bond at $750,000.

Friends of the couple were also in court on Tuesday and told CBS4 they were shocked to hear the news.

Ryan will be back in court later this month.
