DENVER (CBS4) – Denver International Airport is ready to go high-tech on the runway.
Airport officials said they plan to start using a new technology to track a plane’s every move on airport grounds. It’s like a localized GPS tracking system for planes.
DIA hopes the system will cut costs, cut down on accidents, and make the airport more efficient.
