LONGMONT, Colo. (CBS4) – Two teenage girls escape unharmed after they say they were chased by a man in pickup truck. Now police are trying to track that man down.
The girls, both ninth-graders, were walking home around 8 p.m. on Thursday near Altona Middle School in Longmont. That’s when they say a man in a red pickup truck drove by, stopped, and then started chasing them. The girls ran to a nearby home and asked for help.
Police are asking for help from the public and say they’ve already received several tips.
