SUMMIT COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)- There was a showing of winter on some of Colorado’s highest peaks on Thursday.
There was a couple of inches covering Grays and Torreys peaks in Summit County. The same amount was seen on Quandry Peak.
Pikes Peak also received a couple of inches of snow.
The snow won’t stick around for long. Rising temperatures expected this weekend will quickly melt the snow.
