AURORA, Colo. (AP) – Family members of some of the people killed in the Colorado theater shootings are still concerned that money collected by a fundraising campaign is not getting to the victims.

Representatives say after three meetings of a financial oversight committee, they believe the money is not going to be given to victims in a timely manner. They plan to air their concerns on Thursday.

Some families criticized the campaign last month, saying it collected more than $5 million using the victims’ names and images but gave no more than $5,000 each to families facing medical bills and other expenses.

Twelve people were killed and 58 were wounded in the July 20 shootings. James Eagan Holmes is charged with murder and attempted murder. He hasn’t entered a plea.
