COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) – Police ticketed a handful of people for trespassing on a historic ranch destroyed by the Waldo Canyon Fire.

Police issued seven tickets Saturday to sightseers looking at what’s left of the Flying W Ranch, which burned June 26. Since the fire police have patrolled the burn area to discourage looting and keep away the curious.

The Flying W Ranch was a working mountain cattle ranch and tourist venue.
