FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) – A jury has resumed deliberations in the arson case involving the Penny Flats condos in Fort Collins.
Benjamin Gilmore is accused of intentionally setting fire to a building under construction. The fire then traveled to the Penny Flats apartment complex, causing $10 million in damage.
Gilmore has been charged with arson, attempted murder, burglary and criminal mischief.
The jury deliberated three and a half days last week before returning Monday morning.
