Spirit Airlines Goes Head To Head With Frontier On Arizona Route

DENVER (Denver Business Journal) - Spirit Airlines, a newcomer at Denver International Airport, said Tuesday it will begin nonstop flights between DIA and Mesa, Ariz., on Oct. 4.

That word comes three weeks after low-cost DIA rival Frontier Airlines announced its own service to the Phoenix suburban airport, starting Nov. 15.
