OKLAHOMA CITY, Colo. (CBS4) – Police in Oklahoma City say a man from the Denver area tried to run away after causing a deadly car accident.
Eric Bowman, 24, was allegedly driving drunk at speeds over 100 mph when he crashed into an SUV. That driver and passenger died and three others were hospitalized.
After being smashed by Bowman’s pickup the SUV hit a power pole that fell and snapped a natural gas line.
The Oklahoman reported that the two people who were killed were Oklahoma City residents Joshua Aaron Wright, 35, and Tammy Louise Long, 42.
Bowmans facing charges including second degree murder.
