New CSU Stadium Research Revealed

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4)- A committee is unveiling six months of research into what it would take to build a new stadium for the Colorado State University campus in Fort Collins.

This will be the final meeting about the stadium before CSU President Tony Frank will make a decision this fall.

The meeting is open to the public. It began at 7 p.m. at the Lory Student Center on CSU.

The stadium debate has supporters of the school taking sides. There are those who want to see a new stadium built right on the CSU campus and those who want to see Hughes Stadium remain at its current location.

It's not clear what would happen to Hughes Stadium if a new stadium would be built on campus.
