2 CU Football Players Suspended After Pellet Gun Incident
BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4)- Two University of Colorado football players have been suspended after an incident involving a pellet gun.
A camera mounted on the dashboard of a Boulder Police cruiser captured part of the incident early Saturday.
Police said players in two cars were pulled over after one player pointed a pellet gun at another and a witness thought it was a real gun.
No arrests were made.
Coach John Embree has suspended Jeffrey Thomas and DaVaughn Thornton for the team's opening games this season against Colorado State University and Sacramento State.
