Police Nab Suspect In Bike Sting On The Auraria Campus

DENVER (CBS4) – Police caught a thief in the act after setting up a bike sting on the Auraria campus in Denver.

Police set up the sting Friday after several bikes had been stolen at the school. Police watched as David Nash cut through a bike lock and tried to take the bike. Auraria officers arrested him before he left campus.

Nash is charged with felony theft and unlawful acts on campus.
