DENVER (CBS4) – Denver police are investigating a deadly hit-and-run that happened late Friday at 17th and Sheridan.
Police say a car hit a pedestrian and then drove off. Officers say they’re looking for a blue sedan but witnesses couldn’t give a better description of the car. They want anybody with any information to come forward.
Police said the man was crossing Sheridan west to east and not in a crosswalk.
Another vehicle hit a pedestrian at about 12:30 a.m. Saturday at Broadway and Evans. That person also wasn’t in a crosswalk. The patient is being treated at Denver Health Medical Center and was listed in critical condition. The driver in that case did stay on scene.
The names of both victims haven’t been released.
