Budweiser To Release Small Batch Beer In Fort Collins

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) - Budweiser is taking on small batch brewing. They announced this week that they will brew specific beers for 12 geographic area.

Anheuser-Busch has a large brewing operation in Northern Colorado, and one of the new tribute beers will be distributed in the the Fort Collins area.

Batch 80524 is named after a Fort Collins zip code. It will feature deep filtered wheat with lemon and orange peel and it will be highlighted with coriander.

The company says the beers will be available in August.
