COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — Authorities aren’t sure what killed a man whose bloated body was discovered in Red Rock Canyon Open Space in western Colorado Springs.

The Gazette newspaper reports that the body was reported Tuesday morning. The body was found about 8 to 10 feet off a trail in a steep, rocky area.

Police told the newspaper that the man’s age and manner of weren’t immediately known. The park remained open Tuesday.
