Architects Want Denver Library Torn Down
DENVER (Denver Business Journal) - California Home and Design magazine asked architects for a list of buildings nationwide that deserve to be torn down, and the Denver Public Library's main branch downtown made the list.
The magazine has a slide show on its website of 25 Buildings to Demolish Right Now. There's no massive backlash against the buildings on the list, which includes the massive Mall of America in Minnesota. Instead, the listing is culled from the opinions of 15 architects surveyed, as well as from the magazine's own staff.
