ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4)- Two Denver Police Officers were rushed to the hospital Saturday morning after an accident.
The crash happened at about 9:15 a.m. at Santa Fe and Dartmouth.
One officer suffered from a broken ankle and the other officer has a possible neck injury.
Investigators continue to piece together what happened leading up to the crash.
They’re not sure how the police cruiser and the other vehicle collided or why the Denver officers were in Englewood.

Police officers in Englewood are investigating. They won’t confirm whether the officers were on their way to DPD Officer Celena Hollis’ funeral which was scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. at a church in Englewood.
