DENVER (CBS4) – Denver police have arrested a suspect in a deadly hit-and-run that happened in February.

Police arrested Paul Estrada Jr., 62, on investigation of duty to report accidents involving death.

James Garcia, 31, died after being hit in the evening of Feb. 20 while crossing Sheridan Boulevard at West Colfax Avenue.

Police found the car in the case several months ago.

It was the third of four unsolved fatal hit-and-run investigations under way in the Denver traffic investigations unit.

Investigators are using the arrest to ask for more information in the deadly hit-and-run that killed Ramon Diaz-Lozano, 52, on Jan. 15. That happened just after 9:30 p.m. at Kentucky and Federal. A white Honda four-door sedan hit Diaz-Lozano.
