DENVER (CBS4) – A man accused of stealing personal items form lockers at a local recreation center has been formally charged.
Diego Carmona, 20, was charged Monday with six counts of third-degree burglary. The crimes happened between May 16 and June 11.
“The charges allege that between mid-May and mid-June, Carmona committed at least six separate burglaries at a Denver recreational center, stealing items such as wallets and electronics such as iPhones and an iPad,” Lynn Kimbrough with the district attorney’s office said in a statement.
Carmona was released from custody on a $5,000 bond. His next scheduled court appearance is June 27.
