Woman Killed At Shooting Range Was Wife Of The Owner
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) - A woman killed at a shooting range in El Paso County was the wife of the owner of the range.
Terry Flanell, 51, died after an explosion at the Dragonman Shooting Range east of Colorado Springs. It happened as a crew filmed special effects for a TV show.
The shooting range owner says it was a smoke bomb that flew through the air like a rocket before hitting his wife.
On Wednesday, another person associated with that filming crew was burned. That person was treated and released.
