DENVER (CBS4)- A man has been formally charged of assaulting neighbors in his apartment complex. A woman involved in the incident was also charged.

Robert “Bob” Walter, 52, is charged with burglary, third-degree assault, assault of an at-risk victim and child abuse.

Alice Bozeman, 59, is charged with assault on a peace officer and obstructing a peace officer.
