GREELEY, Colo. (AP) — A man accused of sexually assaulting, stalking and exposing himself to a female employee of a convenience store he owned in Evans is heading to prison.
Kuldip Nijjar was sentenced Thursday to eight years to life in prison, meaning he won’t be eligible for parole for at least eight years.
A jury had convicted him of felony counts of unlawful sexual contact and stalking, plus three misdemeanor counts of unlawful sexual contact and a misdemeanor count of indecent exposure.
