ELLICOTT, Colo. (CBS4)- A former school board member has pleaded guilty to having sex with a 17-year-old student and sexting with a 14-year-old student.

Stefanie Dickinson pleaded guilty to sexual assault by a person in a position of trust.

Dickinson resigned from the Ellicott School District in September 2011.

Under the plea agreement, Dickinson is prohibited from having any contact with children except for being able to talk to her children on the phone.

Dickinson must serve a minimum of 10 years of sexual offender intensive supervised probation.
