GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (CBS4) – Her photo caused a national stir and now it also landed Durango High School graduate Sydney Spies a job.

Spies’ model-esque senior pictures were too much for the year book staff but they got the attention of the Syfy Network. She was cast in one of its horror flicks called either “Final Initiation” or “American Horror House.”

Spies plays a sorority girl, but says she can’t really say what happens to her.

The movie is set to air on Halloween.
