CBS4's DeHaven Honored As Father Of The Year

DENVER (CBS4) - There was a special tribute paid to a member the CBS4 family on Wednesday night.

CBS4 General Manager Walt DeHaven received the Father of the Year award from the American Diabetes Association and the Denver Father's Day Council.

The Father of the Year selectees are honored for serving as role models to their children and for making a difference in the community.

DeHaven said it was particularly important to him because he was nominated by his children.
