What could be sweeter than a CANDY garage sale?? Hammond’s, the largest handmade candy maker in the country (right here in Denver!) will roll out 12 pallets of “oops” candies Jun 7-9.
Candy canes, lollipops, and other faves will be marked down 50-75 percent. Hammond’s will put up a big tent at its headquarters, 5735 North Washington, so you can stay out of the sun and shop. The family can also take a free tour of the candy factory! Open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Visit hammondscandies.com for even more info.

Then you can work off all those treats by riding a B-Cycle — free. June 6, 13, and 20 are “Wells Fargo Wednesdays” in Denver and Boulder. June is Bike to Work Month. The daily membership is waived, meaning you can use a shiny red bike for 30 minutes, free of charge. It normally costs $8 in Denver and $5 in Boulder. Get the deets at denver.bcycle.com.
Happy Summer!
