DENVER (CBS4) – The annual People’s Fair drew thousands to Civic Center Park over the weekend.
There was food, crafts, family fun and plenty of entertainment.
It was the 40th year for the festival which helps benefit the Capitol Hill neighborhood.
Denver Mayor Michael Hancock was a judge Sunday at the fair. He helped choose the winner in the mural project where teams of artists paint a specific theme. This year it was “Green Up,” which focuses on sustainability.
The murals will be on display at Access Gallery later in June.
