Lenders and realtors are providing some advice about setting yourself apart to get the loan you’re looking for.
If you see a home you like, don’t wait. It helps to be pre-qualified for a loan so you don’t have to wait to make an offer.
Be sure to have your last two pay stubs and previous two bank statements.
The same advice goes for those who are refinancing.
The going rate for a 30-year mortgage is 3.625 to 3.7 percent.
