DENVER (CBS4)- Bargain sites like Groupon and Living Social are more popular than ever and now there’s a way to have those deals catered to what you want.
A new website, sorewarding.com, offers a twist to the daily deals by letting customers create their own savings.
The concept was developed by local tech guys.
“They send a deal request and then get a notification, either accept, reject or give a counter offer,” said sorewarding.com spokesman John Morgan.
The website sends part of the proceeds of the transaction to a local charity that consumers can select from a pre-approved list.
“That’s a huge perk and to give back to the community and donate that way,” said sorewarding.com user Tim Kelley.
