ESTES PARK, Colo. (CBS4) – The owner of a lodge in Estes Park has turned himself in after being charged with stealing money from condominium owners.

Don Debey is charged with one count of theft of more than $20,000. Prosecutors say he stole revenue from condo rentals at the lodge.

Debey is part owner of Mary’s Lake Lodge in Estes Park. Police were trying to catch him since Thursday when the arrest warrant was issued.

Debey’s bond is set at $100,000.
