DENVER (CBS4)– The Breckenridge Brewery is expanding to the East Coast.
The brewery is building a new facility on the East Coast and taking 50 to 75 jobs with it, according to CBS4 partners the Denver Business Journal.
That’s because the brewery said it was prohibited from holding a license to operate several brewpubs at the same time it holds a license to operate a manufacturing plan that produces more than 60,000 barrels a year in Colorado.
Read more from the Denver Business Journal on how the passage of House Bill 1347 would have allowed Breckenridge Brewery to expand in our state, but the bill was allowed to die without a vote.
