Push ups
Tire lifts
One mile run
Hill climb
Sprints
Bunny hops
Side lunges
That is all I can remember before passing out on the grass and coming to the realization that I did all of this to myself.
I actually signed up (and paid extra) for such wonderful self torture!
Truthfully…my first day of boot camp wasn’t so bad.
It was as challenging as I imagined it would be and went faster than I could’ve hoped.
All of the sessions will take place outside, and the day couldn’t have been more beautiful.
I have 4 weeks / 8 sessions and my goal is to have lost at least 5 pounds by the end of this.
If you’re willing to share, let me know some of your diet tips, favorite exercises…favorite protein snacks.
Any and all info is needed and greatly appreciated!
