Nordly Capi, Mike Orakpo and Colton Paulhus will be officially expelled from CSU beginning Monday, May 7. The order is a permanent removal from the university.

All three were members of CSU's football team. All were charged with disorderly conduct by police in Fort Collins after a physical disturbance the occurred April 6.

At about 11:45 p.m. that night near the intersection of Shields Street and LaPorte Avenue, ten CSU students and one non-student became involved in a fight.

Six of those students were CSU football players but only three players involved were charged by police.

Paulhus, 20, Orakpo, 21 and Capi, 19, were charged with disorderly conduct. They were also suspended from the football team during the initial investigation by CSU and prohibited from appearing on campus property.
