DENVER (CBS4) – There are years at the Tony Awards where one big musical carries off all the awards and attention. This is not one of those years.
CBS4 Critic at Large Greg Moody took a look at how the Tony Awards voters spread the wealth this year.
“Some years you get ‘The Producers.’ Some years you get ‘The Book of Mormon.’ And some years you get a bunch of shows that quietly come — some quietly go — and still make an impression on the Tony voters,” Moody said.
