DENVER (CBS4) – The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention now says one in 88 children in the U.S. has autism. For boys that number is one in 54.
A nonprofit organization in Denver helps families learn to live and learn with autism. Kecia Adams-Wright, outreach coordinator for the group Firefly Autism, stopped by CBS4 studios to talk about the organization.
