Aurora Police Arrest Man Accused Of Shooting Into Car
AURORA, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Aurora have arrested a man accused of shooting into two cars Tuesday night.
Police said Malcolm Henderson opened fire on a car at about 7 p.m. in the 2000 block of South Paris Way.
The Gang Intervention Unit assisted police with the arrest of Henderson, 19. He is being held on charges of possession of a weapon by a previous offender.
Two people, a man and a boy, were hurt by glass shards. They were in separate cars. They are expected to recover.
Detectives said the shooter knew the man who was injured and that the shooting appears to be part of an ongoing dispute from the previous day.
Officers do not believe the boy or the other parties in the second car knew the suspects or the other man who was injured.
