Jurors Can't Decide On Unanimous Verdicts Against Former Springs Officer
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) - Jurors say they can't reach unanimous verdicts in the sex assault trial of a former police officer in Colorado Springs.
Josh Carrier is accused of touching middle school boys and possession of child pornography.
Jurors convicted Carrier on 21 child exploitation charges, but they could not agree on many of the other 200-plus counts.
Carrier was taken into custody on the guilty counts.
