Fort Collins Wants Residents To Weigh In On Food Trucks
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) - Fort Collins is looking at regulations for food trucks and outdoor food vendors; and the city wants residents to weigh in.
Mobile food vendors want to operate in multiple locations and sell directly from public streets. But current code restricts those licenses to just one location and prohibits from operating on public streets.
The city has posted a survey to gage how the public feels about the mobile food vendors and when and where they can operate. It will be online through May 4. Visit the City of Fort Collins website to take the survey.
