Aurora Best Buy On List To Get Closed
AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) - Best Buy is closing 50 stores across the country and one of the stores is in Aurora.
The company says it's shutting down the store at Arapahoe and Parker on May 12.
The electronics giant is facing financial problems. It's trying to trim $800 million in costs.
Best Buy has already cut hundreds of jobs. The company lost $1.7 billion in the first quarter due in part to increased competition from Amazon and discount stores like Target and Walmart.
