ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) – The Denver Broncos on Wednesday afternoon released their preseason schedule for next season, and although the exact dates haven’t been nailed down, they now know who their opponents will be.

The Broncos and new quarterback Peyton Manning will face the Jay Cutler-led Chicago Bears in their first matchup. That game will be played in Chicago sometime between Aug. 9 and Aug. 13.

In the following weeks, the Broncos will face the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers in Denver, then end the preseason against the Arizona Cardinals in Glendale, AZ.

The matchup with the 49ers in the 3rd game is when starters play the most significant minutes of the preseason.  That game will be televised nationally by Fox on Sunday August 26th at 2 p.m. from Sports Authority Field at Mile High.
