2 Arrested After Standoff With Denver Police

DENVER ( CBS4) - Police in Denver arrested two men after a standoff that lasted for more than three hours.

SWAT teams were called to a home in the neighborhood of 27th and Stout. The men inside were wanted in a car break-in across the street from the home. Police say they took items from the vehicle.

Officers said it wasn't the crime that resulted in the huge police presence but the fact that they barricaded themselves.

The men are facing theft from a motor vehicle and other charges.
