DENVER (AP) – Gov. John Hickenlooper is promoting March Madness in Colorado.
He has signed a proclamation declaring Thursday as “CSU and CU are Dancing Day” and has ordered that the schools’ flags be flown over the state Capitol as long as their teams remain in the NCAA tournament. His proclamation also urges Colorado State and Colorado fans to wear their school colors on game days.
