Tickets For CU Tournament Game In Albuquerque Still Available

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (CBS4) - Fans of the CU Buffs willing to make a road trip this week have a great opportunity to see the basketball squad in their most high profile game in years.

The last time the men's team was in the NCAA Tournament was in 2003, and they have only been in the Big Dance three times since 1970.

The Buffaloes take their Pac-12 Tournament championship team to Albuquerque for the first round of the NCAA Tournament. That 476 miles from Boulder.

They'll be playing the UNLV Runnin' Rebels at 7:57 p.m. The game will be broadcast on TruTV.

The University of New Mexico ticket office is handling ticket sales for the game. They told CBS4 on Tuesday morning they have about 1,000 tickets available. Call (877) 664-8661 or visit unmtickets.com for tickets. Ticketing officials said CU fans should select Section 2 when booking.

A single ticket costs $75, plus booking fees.
