Man Who Says He Sold Meth To Pat Sullivan Is Sentenced
CENTENNIAL, Colo. (CBS4) - A man accused of supplying methamphetamine to the former sheriff of Arapahoe County is heading to prison.
Timothy Faase pleaded guilty to possession of meth on Monday.
A Denver judge sentenced him to three years in prison and three years probation with credit for time served.
Police say he supplied meth to former Arapahoe County Sheriff Pat Sullivan, who is charged with trading the drug for sex.
Sullivan waived a hearing outlining the evidence against him last week.
CBS4 investigator Brian Maass has learned attorneys on both sides are talking about a plea deal in that case.
