Suspect In Double Murder Due In Court
CASTLE ROCK, Colo. (AP) -- A man charged in a double-murder case is due in a Douglas County courtroom and the district attorney's office is mum about the reason.
Micah Woody has pleaded not guilty along with two other men charged in the case. He is scheduled to appear Friday before a judge.
Woody, Christopher Wells and Matthew Plake are charged with murder and numerous other charges after Amara Wells and her brother-in-law Robert Rafferty were found dead last year.
Wells, her estranged husband, is accused of offering $15,000 to have them killed.
Woody and Plake are accused of helping carry out the plot
