Niagara To Start Bottling Aurora Water
AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) - Aurora's water is known for winning taste tests, and now a California company is ready to bottle it.
The city of Aurora has approved an incentive package to bring Niagara Bottling to the city.
The company plans to build a facility near Interstate 70 and E-470 and bottle 300,000 gallons of the city water a day, six days a week. That will bring 36 new jobs to the city.
In exchange, the city is giving Niagara tax waivers and rebates of about $500,000 as long as that number of jobs is maintained.
