Man In Critical Condition After Assault At Denver Home

DENVER (CBS4) – A 56-year-old man is in critical condition after police say he was assaulted last Tuesday.

Matthew Murray with Denver police said officers responded to a reported assault at a home located in the 1300 block of Niagara Street.

“When they arrived, they found a 56-year-old male in critical condition. The victim was transported to the hospital where he remains in critical condition,” Murray said in a statement.

Police arrested Leonid A. Rabinkov, 34, for investigation of aggravated assault.

The victim’s name hasn’t been released.

    The FBI and DEA use gang members to harass suspects. Several corrupt DEA and FBI are angry that I complained to the San Francisco Attorney General’s office. I complained that they where fabricating evidence and stealing from me. They also poisoned my dog to death.
