CASTLE ROCK, Colo. (CBS4) – A 23-year-old man from Colorado Springs was killed in a crash in Castle Rock early Saturday morning.
The driver stopped his Ford Expedition in the right lane of Interstate 25 near the Founders Parkway exit and got out of the car. A Ford Excursion slammed into the back the car, which struck the driver. He was killed instantly.
A man in the passenger seat of the Expedition was hurt.
Police suspect the driver of the Excursion had been drinking.
